**2020 was the beginning of the partnership between**

**TAM Montpellier and Qucit!**

Since its launch in 2007, the Vélomagg' public bike system ( **57 stations and 370 bikes**), is operated by **TAM** (Transports de l'agglomération de Montpellier).

Since January 2020, TAM is using Qucit Bike to improve its operations to optimize its service ( **improved availability**) while absorbing new rentals!

Since January 2020, TAM has been using Qucit Bike to improve its operations. Qucit Bike consists of:

- Intuitive mobile application for regulators that optimizes routes and tasks in real time

- A dashboard for the operations manager to track key productivity and system performance indicators and simplify the management of teams in the field.

### **Better availability** of the stations and the system, which has been able to absorb new rentals, particularly those generated by **TAM**'s advertising campaigns. Gains in availability have led to **more seamless service** for **Vélomagg** users, who are becoming increasingly supportive of bike-sharing.
